Annabel Goldie has dedicated decades of service to Scotland and the United Kingdom through a distinguished career in public life.
A solicitor by profession, she served as Leader of the Scottish Conservative & Unionist Party from 2005 to 2011, leading the party through a period of renewal and laying the foundations for its subsequent electoral successes. In recognition of her contribution to public service, she was appointed to the House of Lords as Baroness Goldie and has held several ministerial roles within the UK Government, including serving as Minister of State at the Ministry of Defence.
As President of the North Ayrshire & Arran Scottish Conservative & Unionist Association, Baroness Goldie provides experience, guidance and steadfast support to the Association, championing the values of public service, community engagement and a strong United Kingdom.
Widely respected across the political spectrum for her integrity, professionalism and commitment to Scotland, she continues to play an important role in promoting constructive debate and encouraging the next generation of Conservative members and volunteers.
